Don't be skewed by old perceptions - Hyundai is swiftly rising up in the automotive ranks. The automaker has slowly but surely managed to eschew the dreary image that plagued its range, when it featured locally in the 90s, with a product line-up that didn't inspire much awe - but proved to be a sound choice for those in want of a vehicle, on a budget.
Now, however, Hyundai have a product line-up that would make you want to take a second look, not only for the merits of reasonable pricing.
There's always a Hyundai for Sale
Things get started with the budget-friendly i10 model, boasting eurocentric supermini looks and compact dimensions, which would make it a hit for first-time drivers, or those commuting in the city on a daily basis. Hyundai's rival to the Volkswagen Polo, Mazda 2, Citroen C3 and Toyota Yaris, is the i20. The i30 is more up the street of Volkswagen Golf territory. Their cars are all available from Hyundai pre owned dealerships at competitive prices.
Competing in the mid-sized executive saloon segment, is the new Sonata. This model offers a more striking appearance than any Sonata before it - thanks to Hyundai's new Fluid Sculpture design philosphy. Other models that have been revived and reinterpreted, are the Elantra and Accent.
The Hyundai ix35 took over from the popular Tucson, as the automaker's offering in the highly competitive crossover/soft-roader segment.
This Korean manufacturer would be one to watch closely in years to come - its brisk emergence as a player in the industry with quality, desirable offerings has left customers sanguine about its future, and motoring observers curious about forthcoming models but don't forget that there's always a Hyundai for sale at Surf4Cars.
