The Audi Q3 is a compact luxury crossover SUV that has quickly become one of the most popular premium badge SUVs on the
market. It has a beautifully-crafted interior, and comes with plenty of standard tech and driver-assistance features as
well as Audi's Quattro all-wheel-drive system.
The Q3 uses the same Volkswagen platform as the Tiguan compact SUV. The Q3 is positioned above the Audi Q2 subcompact
crossover SUV. While the luxury crossover Q5 and top-end Q7 are aimed at family practicality, luxury and off-road
performance, the Q3 is more of a lifestyle or sports car.
The raised ride height gives the driver excellent forward visibility - one of the main factors motorists cite when
switching from sedans. The car competes in the same market segment as the BMW X1 and the VW Tiguan.
The size of the Q3 makes it easy to park in tight spaces and manoeuvre through traffic. At the same time, the ample boot
space - ranging from 530 to 675 litres when the back seats are in place to 1525 litres when folded - makes the Audi Q3 a
solid choice even as a family car.
