The Ford Everest is an SUV which is based on the Ford Ranger bakkie. As you will notice, it is even starting to look more like the Ranger. The current Everest model is produced locally at Ford's Silverton (Pretoria) plant, for sub-Saharan markets. The Ford Everest is as stylish as it is rugged. Towing capacity is a staggering 3000kg with braked trailers, enhanced with Trailer Sway Control as standard.
