Headed by Franchise Executive, Johan Coetzee and Brand Manager, Joe Senekal – Jaguar Land Rover East Rand showcases a variety of luxury Land Rover vehicles. Among them is the new Range Rover – which proves quite breath-taking to look at.

The Range Rover steals the show as a refined and capable SUV, with a prominent front grille and sophisticated bonnet. The front bumper has beautiful vent finishes, side vent designs, side accents and exclusive integrated exhausts. The latest model has a longer wheelbase than its predecessors with a 200mm exterior extension and a 186mm interior extension.

The interior is, as expected, extremely luxurious and comfortable. The Command Driving Position gives you an enhanced view of the road ahead, ensuring your eyes are always where they need to be. Compared to its predecessors, the seats are now wider, have deeper cushioning and are wrapped in Semi-Aniline leather. Optional is upper seat shoulder support and an exclusive “hot-stone” massage as a treat. Imagine having a personal spa in your very own car!

You are not the only one with the royal treatment though. Optional 10-inch touchscreen entertainment is available for rear passengers. Envision being in a moving cinema – an experience that this Range Rover offers. You have an option of inserting “Executive Class” seating that can fold down as preferred with an adjustable arm rest with USB ports and cup holders. Infotainment is enhanced with Touch Pro Duo, Interactive Driving Display, Head-up Display and the Rear-Seat Entertainment. All of this combined with state-of-the-art safety features make this the ultimate luxury vehicle.

The absolute attention to detail is evident as you continue to explore the vehicle. We sometimes miss certain conveniences when we drive, but these become evident the more you familiarise yourself to the vehicle. The interior finishes are rather obvious though. You feel as if you could live in this Range Rover. All that is lacking, is a bathroom…

Its capability is highly broadened with constant All Wheel Drive, twin-speed transmission, adaptive dynamics and electronic centre differential. It also adapts to any terrain with Electronic Air Suspension, Twin-Speed transfer box with electronic centre differential and terrain response. The terrain response facilitates settings such as Comfort, Dynamic, Eco, Grass, Gravel, Snow, Mud, Sand and Rock Climbing.

Land Rover Protect has enhanced features to ensure your safety at all times. This includes Land Rover Optimised Assistance (if you happen to break down on the side of the road), SOS Emergency Call, Journey Tracking (for recording your routes and mileage) and Vehicle Status Check (to determine the exact state in which you left your car and find your way back to it using your smartphone).

The possibilities and features in this Range Rover are endless. Head to Land Rover East Rand and find out more about the new Range Rover and the wide variety of Land Rover and Jaguar vehicles available.
