Kia Carnival Cars For Sale

Kia Carnival car is the South Korean manufacturer's mini-van offering and was first released in 1998. Currently, in its third generation, it has shown to be a popular vehicle for families and people transport.

The external design has evolved slightly over three generations to reflect current design language, smoother lines, and a more competitive look and feel. The overall boxy shape with a sharp, slanting nose has stayed the same. The pre owned Kia Carnival is a five-door minivan, designed as passenger mover. The younger models have much smoother lines, especially with the bumper now flush with the body, instead of earlier models where it was prominent and protruding.

The used Carnival has a boxy shape and low floor, which offers more space. There are three rows of seats, the last row folding down to open up even more space in the cargo bay. The middle row in younger models can slide forward allowing even more loading options. Depending on where it was manufactured, seat configuration is either 2+3+2 (European and Asian) or 2+2+3 (USA), with a ‘walk through’ aisle between the front and middle seats. The side sliding doors make getting in and out easier, especially if you have to fit a baby or toddler seat in as well with standard Isofix anchor points. In 2006 the Carnival (or Sedona as marketed in some countries) won the Top awards in the US “Gold Top Safety Pick” making the Carnival/Sedona the safest minivan currently tested.

Interior is practical but younger models fitted with more luxury feel to interior finishes, still durable and practical for families or transporting purposes. Seats are comfortable and the fascia layout practical and minimalist, offering instinctive placement of all controls. The driver's seat is adjustable to ensure maximum visibility and driver comfort, especially for long trips. The interior is dotted with storage space, from cup holders and storage space under the seats to cubbyhole and seat pockets. The entry trim level includes air-conditioning and electric windows, with more bells and whistles in upper levels such as alloy wheels, rear parking camera, climate control, stability control, leather upholstery, power tailgate and folding mirrors.

Handling is surprisingly comfortable for such a bulk of a vehicle, making it a popular choice for school runs or long trips. Depending on the condition and year model, the average consumption of the Carnival is recorded at 13.9km per liter.
